How does it work?

Before the actual implementation of the solution, we’ll perform an analysis of the customer’s needs; only after completing this stage will we start the implementation. It is always important to look at how the company works and design tailor-made solutions. 
  • The first step is to get your invoices into the system. This can be done by scanning, pasting from e-mail, or extraction using OCR.
  • After being entered, the invoice is checked against the order – typically the total amount, supplier, or other adjustable items.
  • Subsequently, the approval process is launched according to the set rules. Invoices can be categorized by department, and you can also set amounts to be approved by individual roles. The invoice then automatically travels through the system according to a preset workflow.
  • After approval, the invoice is either sent for payment, or you can connect to the accounting system according to your needs. 
  • If necessary, it is possible to supplement the approval process with a digital signature workflow.
The module contains an overview according to pre-defined user levels. You can thus see invoices waiting for approval, approved invoices, invoices to be paid, or paid invoices all in one place.
